Cathodic dip painting
Cathodic dip painting (KTL coating) is an electrochemical process in which the workpiece is coated in an immersion bath.
It is suitable for painting complex structures and large numbers of pieces. The result of the KTL is a very uniform coating of metal surfaces with a layer of uniform thickness and good surface qualities.
